A real hit with the kids is this tasty meal. Add in whatever vegetables you have on hand or carrots, brocolli, beans, capsicum, onion, cabbage.

DESSERT TOPPING

Honey is a great look and taste for the perfect topping over anything. It is a great natural sweetener and topping. It is something you can have in the cupboard all the time with multiple uses.

KIDS TREAT PLATTER

A great way to help get kids eating their fruit. Use any chopped up fruit and/or other little snack foods and drizzle with honey and watch them go.

Pick a cheese any cheese add some grapes or some fresh olives, some fresh bread and anything you love on a platter. You can use honey for dipping the cheese into or drizzle over or even cut honey comb as a perfect accompliment.

Use any fruit that you have sitting around from bananas to berries to mandarins, maybe add ice or milk/yoghurt (any kind) ……….. and HONEY to the desired sweetness.

BAKING WITH HONEY

This is a chart to help work out the conversion of sugar to honey when baking. As honey is liquid you don’t need as much but you may also need to reduce the other liquids in the recipe and or add baking soda. Honey is a really GOOD refined white sugar replacement.
