Please refer to our Terms of Trade for further details or contact us to talk about anything in further detail. We pride ourselves on our customer service and where possible, we like to rectify any concerns or issues before they arise into a problem. Please allow us this opportunity.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Every effort is made to ensure you receive a high-quality product. All our products are checked and securely packaged before dispatch and leave our premises in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged or you are unhappy with the condition of the product, please contact us immediately.

If the product was damaged in transit please retain the product and the packaging, as the courier or NZ Post may need to see this as part of the claims process that Westlands Honey will initiate. Please do not post damaged products back to Westlands Honey.

If Goods are returned by you, or if you make a claim in writing to us in relation to the Goods, the claim must be made in writing to us within 14 days of delivery or collection; and you must supply the date and order number relating to the Goods; and we must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale or clearance items (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be given if you change your mind on the product.
